Background and Aim: non-alcoholic steatohepatitis (NASH) is strong risk predictors for type 2 diabetes. The level of sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG)is a predictor for NASH.Therefore, the purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of high-intensity intermittent swimming training on liver SHGB protein levels and some glycemic control variables in male rats fed with high-fat food. Materials and Methods: 40 male rats (age: 6 to 8 weeks, weight: 230 ± 20grams, breed: Sprague-Dawley) after NASH induction period and proof of disease at the end of the period (4 rats were dissected to prove the disease); They were placed in four groups: control-disease, exercise-disease, control-healthy and exercise-healthy. High-intensity intermittent swimming training consisted of 20 times of 30 seconds of swimming with 30 seconds of rest between each time(eight weeks, three days a week, even days). In the end, intrahepatic SHBG protein was measured by western blot method and fasting insulin and serum glucose were measured by ELISA and photometric methods, respectively. Also, insulin resistance using fasting blood sugar and insulin data; It was calculated through the formula. Also, one-way ANOVA and Bonferroni's test were used at the significance level of p
