اثر دو هفته تمرین مقاومتی دایره‌ای با و بدون مکمل گرده گل زنبور عسل بر شاخص‌های لیپیدی پلاسما در مردان جوان دانشگاهی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: عامل موثر در بیماری تصلب شرایین قلبی- عروقی، تجمع کلسترول در ماکروفاژهای شریانی و هر یک از عوامل تعدیل گردش خون و سطح کلسترول بافت است. با توجه به عوارض برخی از مکمل­ های مجاز و غیر مجاز، افراد تشویق می­ شوند تا از مکمل­ های گیاهی مانند گرده گل زنبور عسل استفاده کنند. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای با مکمل سازی گرده گل زنبور عسل بر شاخص­ های لیپیدی در مردان جوان دانشگاهی بود. روش تحقیق: بیست و سه مرد سالم تمرین نکرده با میانگین سن 2/26±23/26 سال و شاخص توده بدنی 2/88±23/00 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع به دو گروه دارونما–تمرین (11 نفر) و گرده گل زنبور عسل-تمرین (12 نفر) تقسیم شدند. تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای شامل 12 ایستگاه (هر ایستگاه 30 ثانیه با شدت 40 % یک تکرار بیشینه) به مدت دو هفته (پنج جلسه در هفته) اجرا شد. روزانه 10 گرم گرده در دو وعده (پنج گرم) صبح و بلافاصله بعد از تمرین استفاده شد. نمونه خونی 48 ساعت قبل و بعد از آخرین جلسه تمرین گرفته شد و برای تحلیل چربی­ها، لیپوپروتئین­ها و آپولیپوپروتئین­های A (Apo A) و B (Apo B) پلاسما مورد استفاده قرار گرفت. جهت مقایسه بین گروه­ ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس دو طرفه (two-way ANOVA) و برای تغییرات درون گروهی از آزمون t همبسته در سطح معنی­داری 0/05>p استفاده گردید. یافته ­ها: نتایج کاهش معنی­ داری در سطوح کلسترول تام (TC)، تری­ گلیسیرید (TG)، لیپوپروتئین کم چگال (LDL-C)، لیپوپروتئین خیلی کم چگال (vLDL-C)، لیپوپروتئین a (Lp (a)) و Apo B و افزایش معنی­داری در سطوح Apo A و نسبت Apo A/ Apo B در گروه گرده گل-تمرین نشان داد (0/05>p). با این حال، تفاوت معنی­داری بین دو گروه در سطوح متغیرها مشاهده نشد (0/05≤p). نتیجه گیری: مکمل سازی با گرده گل زنبور عسل به همراه تمرین مقاومتی دایره­ای، موجب بهبود برخی از شاخص­ های مهم قلبی- عروقی شد که احتمالا بدلیل وجود پلی فنول­های گرده گل، از اکسایش لیپوپروتئین­ ها جلوگیری و کاهش ساخت Apo B را محقق ساخته است.

چکیده [English]

Background and Aim: The cholesterol accumulation in macrophages and each of the modulating factors of blood circulation and tissue cholesterol levels can be considered as important factor in arthroscholorisis disease. The people usually are interested to ues herbal supplements such as bee pollen due to  the side effects of some authorized and unauthorized artificial supplements The aim of this study was to assess the effect of circuit resistance training and bee pollen supplementation on plasma lipid profiles in young college men. Materials and Methods: Twenty three healthy male subjects with an average age of 23.26±2.26 years and body mass index of 23.00±2.88 kg/m2 were divided into two groups including: placebo - training and bee pollen - training. Circuit resistance training consisted of 12 stations (each station lasts for 30 seconds at 40% of one repetition maximum) for two weeks (five sessions per week). Bee pollen was used daily, 10 gr twice a day, in the morning and immediately after exercise (5gr). Blood samples were taken before and 48 hours after the last session and were used for analysis of lipids, lipoproteins, and apolipoproteins A (Apo A) and B (Apo B). Data were analyzed using by two-way ANOVA and paired samples t-test at p<0.05. Results: The result showed a significant decrease in the levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C), very low-density lipoprotein (vLDL-C), lipoprotein a [Lp (a)], and Apo B and a significant increase in the levels of Apo A, and Apo A/Apo B in the bee pollen - training group (p<0.05). There was no significant difference in the levels of variabels among groups (p≥0.05). Conclusion: Bee pollen supplementation with circuit resistance training significantly improved cardiovascular important parameters. Probably the existance of polyphenols in bee pollen has caused prevention of lipoprotein oxidation and lead to the reduction of Apo B.
